যেসব কারণে আপনি পণ্য রিটার্ন করতে পারবেন:

2. আপনি যা অর্ডার করেছেন, তার বদলে সম্পূর্ণ ভিন্ন কোনো পণ্য ডেলিভারি পেলে।
3. ডেলিভারি পাওয়া পণ্যের মেয়াদ (Expiry Date) পার হয়ে গেলে বা নষ্ট থাকলে।
4. অর্ডার করা পণ্যের ওজনে বা পরিমাণে কোনো গরমিল থাকলে।

রিটার্ন করার নিয়ম ও শর্তাবলি:

1. পণ্য হাতে পাওয়ার ২৪ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে আমাদের হেল্পলাইনে কল করে অথবা ফেসবুক পেজে ইনবক্স করে ছবি/ভিডিও সহ অভিযোগটি রেজিস্টার করতে হবে।
2. রিটার্ন করার সময় পণ্যের অরিজিনাল প্যাকেজিং, বক্স, ইনভয়েস (মেমো) এবং ট্যাগ অবশ্যই সাথে থাকতে হবে।
3. কোনো পণ্য ব্যবহার করার পর বা প্যাকেজিং সম্পূর্ণ নষ্ট করে ফেললে তা রিটার্নযোগ্য হিসেবে গণ্য হবে না।
4. অভিযোগ যাচাইয়ের পর আমাদের ডেলিভারি প্রতিনিধি দ্রুততম সময়ের মধ্যে আপনার নির্দিষ্ট ঠিকানা থেকে পণ্যটি সংগ্রহ করে নেবে।
