১. ডেলিভারি এলাকা:

আমরা বর্তমানে মনোহরদী পৌরসভা এবং এর আশেপাশে দ্রুততম সময়ে হোম ডেলিভারি নিশ্চিত করছি। এছাড়া কুরিয়ার সার্ভিসের মাধ্যমে সারা বাংলাদেশে আমাদের পণ্য ডেলিভারি করা হয়।

২. ডেলিভারি সময়:

1. মনোহরদী এলাকা: অর্ডার কনফার্ম হওয়ার পরবর্তী ১২ থেকে ২৪ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে।
2. নরসিংদী ও আশেপাশের জেলা: ২ থেকে ৩ কর্মদিবস।
3. সারা বাংলাদেশ: ৩ থেকে ৫ কর্মদিবস।
4. (তবে প্রাকৃতিক দুর্যোগ, রাজনৈতিক অস্থিরতা বা কুরিয়ার সার্ভিসের সমস্যার কারণে সময় কিছুটা বেশি লাগতে পারে।)

৩. অর্ডার ট্র্যাকিং:

আপনার অর্ডারটি ডেলিভারির জন্য বের হলে আপনাকে এসএমএস বা কলের মাধ্যমে জানিয়ে দেওয়া হবে। এছাড়া আপনি আপনার 'Order History' থেকেও বর্তমান অবস্থা জানতে পারবেন।

৪. ডেলিভারি গ্রহণ:

পণ্য গ্রহণ করার সময় অবশ্যই ডেলিভারি ম্যানের সামনে পণ্যটি চেক করে নিবেন। কোনো সমস্যা থাকলে তখনই আমাদের হেল্পলাইনে কল করুন।

We provide super-fast home delivery within Monohardi and surrounding areas. We also ship products all over Bangladesh via reputed courier services.

2. Delivery Timeline:

1. Within Monohardi: Within 12 to 24 hours after order confirmation.
2. Narsingdi & Nearby Areas: 2 to 3 business days.
3. Nationwide (All Bangladesh): 3 to 5 business days.
4. (Note: Delivery might be delayed due to unavoidable circumstances like weather or political unrest.)

3. Order Tracking:

You will be notified via SMS or phone call once your order is out for delivery. You can also track your order status from the 'Order History' section.

4. Receiving Delivery:
